Comfort Suites Denver North - Westminster

First and foremost the room was clean and comfortable. Looks like it was recently updated. Beds were very comfortable, a/c worked well. Small pool, and breakfast with eggs and ham or sausage. Had waffles and apples. Yogurt one day. No daily housekeeping service which was no big deal. They give you a sheet to fill out and hang on your door. After our second night we hung it out, never got the stuff. I went to the desk to get it myself. They can’t say they don’t see it as our room was literally across the hall from their laundry room. They had to have seen it every time they came in and out of that room. Some maintenance issues that weren’t taken care of are our major complaint. First night we noticed the shower didn’t put out much water. Figured maybe just low flow, but night two we realized water was leaking from the valve so that’s where the pressure was going. Our toilet also constantly ran. So our third morning we told the front desk, they said it would be taken care of. Came back that night and it still wasn’t fixed and the toilet was still running. Went back to the desk, they said there was no maintenance person but they would take care of it the next day. They didn’t take care of it that day either (night 4). When we came back to the room that final night (night 4) there was a huge puddle on the ground. The mini fridge must’ve been leaking. So we cleaned that up. The parking lot was full of massive potholes also. While everything was clean, we had a few issues with towels/sheets being dirty. Maybe something wrong with the washer as it was kind of black spots on them. Had that issue on two hand towels, two towels, and one comforter. Breakfast one morning had no juice/coffee. Had to go to the desk to let them know then it was taken care of. All in all a quite disappointing stay. Can’t believe they never attempted to fix our issues. When I told the manager on check out she didn’t seem to care at all, which also didn’t help. Shame as it’s close to family and easy access to 25. I may give them one more shot, but it was upsetting that no one cared about any of the issues.

The property was well maintained and clean.

Privacy and security issues, possibly Mico mini hidden camera in side room, a lot of suspicious movement in hallway,I believe my privacy has been tooking away from induvi
